Chantal Rougerie is the Founder and President of Rougerie Consulting Inc. Ms Rougerie has extensive international projectfinance experience acquired over 30 years of deep involvement in key industries such as energy, mining and infrastructure with proven trackrecord providing financial advisoryservices to public and private sector organizations engaged in project development and implementation. Ms Rougerie acquired her experience  first with Canada’s official export credit agency and then as a senior officer at SNC-Lavalin, Canada’s largest engineering firm with a worldwide international presence. Thoughout the years she closed several multi sourced export credit financings and project financings around the world including power plants in Algeria and the USA as well as P3 transactions in Canada. She further structured numerous financing proposals in the mining, infrastructure and energy sector including nuclear. 

Chantal is an Institute-certified Director, ICD.D, (March 2013) of Canada’s Institute of Corporate Directors.
